How many carbs do you think I should be taking in everyday?
How much protein a day?
becuase that is what everybody says is the best to gain weight, please correct me if I am wrong.

Get plenty of protein and up your carb intake for a while. A good creatine for you might be Cell-Tech, it has like 75g of carbs. -snow
