I've been using creatine for approx. 2 weeks and have started to see results. I seem to have a little more energy too. It is definitely keeping the muscle!! Thanks for all the advice!!
Oops.... forgot to ask: what brand of creatine are you using? Glad you're seeing results already. It seems to me that the 'pump' lasts longer and my muscles look fuller.
I use Prosource creatine. It's German pharmaceutical grade, 100% pure. Didn't do the loading phase. Kinda wanted to ease into it. :) Can't take it 30-45 minutes before workout 'cause I go to the gym after I get up at 5:30-6:00 am. I take it after I get home from the workout. Definitely makes the pump last longer and my muscles look fuller. I do drink water all day too.
