How long should I take it before taking a break??

If you're only taking 5 grams a day, don't worry about cycling it. If you're taking 8-10+ grams per day, I'd stop after about 3 month and lay off it for 3-4 weeks. I've been taking 5 grams a day for over 5 consecutive months now and still seeing good strength gains.

I agree with jbennett, but as soon as the gains stop give it a break.

Thanks for the good advice guys!! I'm thinking about doubling my intake (10 g.) I'll give it a break after 3 months for a couple of weeks.
