is there a limited amount of different supplements you can have each day and what supplements would you say are best or most helpfull for the mass building program included vitamins etc
I'd start off slowly...with the one's you know are good for you...vitamin, water (is that a supplement?), and high quality protein. Then add a new one slowly....otherwise if you make significant gains, you won't know what did it. I used to take a bunch..but now that I'm only taking a few (multivitamin, methoxyl factor, isopure, creatine)...wow..now it seems like a bunch...I know that these seem to work for me.
