I'm having trouble (you know what) in the morning if I drink the shake after workout. Will it still have the same effect if I drink it later in the day? Thanks.
They say you have an hour to get the MOST benefits... there is some research that says it also helps before. I'd wait about an hour and try..also try different types of proteins..I love isopure.. it shakes easily and I seem to have less intestinal distress after taking it. What type of protein are you using? Whey, soy, egg? And what brand?
I agree with Ken about your protein timing. Maybe it is the brand? Some are much easier than other to blend and maybe it might be what your mixing with it. Coolness what are you using and mixing it with?
I'm taking NLarge2 whey protein and mixing it with milk along with Slim-Fast. (soy) I've noticed less distress by taking it later. I'm usually a morning person anyway (if you know what I mean) and it was just helping it along. Thanks.
