ltroisi Posts: 764 Joined: 2001/11/06	2001/11/19, 07:34 AM I would suggest you proceed with caution!!!!!!!! Hydroxycut on its own can make you jumpy and increase your heart rate. Have you tried it? I won't take the stuff myself! Ephedrine can be dangerous on its own. I haven't tried Noresten so I don't know about side effects. Popping lots of fat burners long term will give you the opposite results you are looking for. Try raising your metabolism natually with out fat burners through weight training cardio and a clean diet with 5-6 meals a day. Saves on the wallet too.

I take Xenedrine (well, I'm off it for a couple weeks, but I'll take it again soon) with Pinnacle Andro Poppers and I like the effects. Great pump before and during your workout. However, when I take Xenedrine, I only take half of the recommended dose (1 pill). If I take 2 pills at a time, I come crashing down off that stuff and I feel like a freight train ran over my head. Not fun. Be careful with what you take and good luck!

I must tell you that with Nortesten I put on quality size as well as lower my body fat.. so I didn't need the hydroxycut. But I also have a very fast metabolism.. which IS a factor.
