if you are a healthy individual without any pre-existing medical conditions, it is safe. to really over do it on creatine is very difficult for a healthy person.
on a side note: be leary of serums. i have yet to see the chemistry on any of them that supports stable creatine. its cheaper and more reliable if you stick with old fashioned powder.

Waste of money buying those creatine serums. Of course I was too curious to buy one myself, and I can tell you that they are not stable at all. I'm with Michael about this one, stick to good old fashioned creatine powders. A lot better and a lot less expensive as well.

I would have to agree with my colleagues here...stick to the powder version.

tried the serum once, no results. Wish some stuff came with money back guarantee, i'd be rich.

the good stuff does. that's one thing people should look for when investing in products: does the company believe in their product themselves enough to offer money back if not satisfied? major red-flag if they dont......

Creatine Serum was developed for women to use. It doesnt not work for either men or woman and i highly suggest you stop using it. It is a waste of money.
