i take 1 tablesppon before working out and after working out...can i do that for like 6 months without no side effects...or i have to stop for a while and let my body clense the waste that it produces..creatinine...and if i do have to stop how lond should the breaks be?

There have been many posts on this - use your search function. Basically, creatine could be cycled every 6 weeks with a 1-2 week break. Pay in mind, however, that cycling does not have anything to do with the body cleansing creatinine.

Just as rpacheco said about the cycling, but also you should take your creatine right after you work out and in the morning. If you take it right before you work out your muscles might cramp up and you are more prone to a muscle tear. Hope this helps.

also make sur you take between 5-6grams per serving. i take about 20 grams aday on workout days and 10 grams on non workout days. david
