I was thinking about getting some but man, that stuffs expensive. Does it really work? Will I see results with a decent diet and a tough 1.5 hour workout, 3 times a week? I'm already using creatine, whey protein, and glutamine and that stuff wasn't cheap either. I just don't want to spend all this money on snake oil.
Thanks.

Won't know until you try. But, there are other relatively inexpensive alternatives. You should do some homework...

only good nutrition, cardio and a good workout plan with a fatburner will bring results. donot rely just on fatburners alone. david

Fat burners are not magic pills (and they can actually be quite dangerous for you as well). They can help you loosing weight (by burning more calories) but don't take them for more than a certain period since your body just will get use to it.
Diet and training is also needed if you want results.

If you do decide to purchase a fat burner shop around a little. I bought some hydroxycut from GNC for $58. I know I know, i was naieve but it seemed like a good idea at the time! Try dpsnutrition.com, they seem to have pretty good prices on the stuff.

Most of the ECA stack, which is what most of the fat burners are a variation of work in some manner, but only in conjunction with exercise. They can really help raise your metabolic rate during cardio for example, and help you go longer. They also are decent for an energy boost. But they are no magic potion. Without the diet and exercise, they will do little except give you a bit of a buzz. I personally have a hard time with them, they make me jittery and nervous. If I use them at all it is when I am in contest training and already at a pretty low BF%, for that final push. Has anyone else noticed the ephedra free ones seem to do nothing? Not sure...If anyone has had any luck with these, I would sure like to hear about it.

How big are the hydroxy cut pills in accordiance with the xenadrine pills? I took xenadrine for a bit and found it a little helpful. Problem is some of these "weightlifting" pills are HUGE! I sometime have a hard time swallowing them. Are they the same size, bigger smaller? Can you break them open and take them?

Both Xenadrine and Hydroxycut are capsules, are they not? I don't think I would want to taste what is inside of them!! I hate to advertise a companies products, but I have to say, for a pure energy stimuli for prior to training, I have found nothing compares to Dymetradine Extreme. Pretty awesome stuff...and I am in no way compensated by them!! LOL....

Xenadrine EFX HELPED me go from 265lbs to my current weight of 180lbs. A good diet and excercise is crucial to your success. Good luck!
