I am thinking of buying some Myoplex Lite as a supplement. I am curious as to if anyone has used this or is using it now. When would be the best time to drink the shake? For breakfast, before my workout or what? Any info would be great.

I've tried Myoplex Lite. Well, not really by choice; I stole some from my wife when I ran out of Myoplex Deluxe. Since I'm not sure what your goals are, I can't really answer your question in detail.

This is a good protein drink, good for a snack between meals.

Myoplex Lite is a decent meal replacement shake and if you should take one packet immediatly when you get up in the morning and right after you work out. This is your best times to take them and you will benefit the most at these times. Also, i would recommend using Met-Rx's meal replacement shake because they taste amazing and they work great as well. Good luck!

I'm a newbie here too and just found this site the other day. I have a follow up to this...will this meal replacement shake be beneficial to my goals...I'm getting back into working out after 2 years of sitting on my butt with thes new job now that I'm out of school...i've never taken any type of supplement before and wanted to see if i could get better results by taking Myoplex Lite?
