I just started the body building routine from this site. I need to have daily intakes of: Protein - 240g Carbohydrates - 560g Fats - 111g Calories - 4000g
I am going to be taking 100% Whey protein supp. to get the required amount. What other supplements can I take to fulfill the other three amounts? I dont have enough time to eat the amount of food each day to fulfill all of these so I need supplements to get them..

Welcome to ft! Glad you've decided to sign up. I'm afraid there's no substitute for food. The protein shakes could take up 3 of your multiple meals per day, but the rest will have to come from food.

Any suggestions on what to eat to get my needed carbs, fats, and calories without having to eat alot of food per day? The hardest part for me is to get the 4000 cals... Any suggestions on that?

Look at ft's nutrition section...it lists various foods (divided by food group). Hope that helps...
