I was told that it is good to stop taking creatine after five weeks or so of continuous use.To break for a week, and then do the loading process over again...and repeat the whole cycle. Is this true? There seems to be so many ways,I want to find the one for gaining size.Any suggestions??? The journey is only beginning...

Everyone has opinions but in mine, I like to take a break from all supplements. Much of what we take in as supplements is already produced by the body or taken in as food. Your body quits producing at its max over time if it senses it doesn't have to. I haven't read the creatine label in a long time but I seem to recall that it said to cycle.

Most trainers will suggest cycling all supplements. I cycle every 6 weeks and take 1 week off. Cycling just ensures that your body doesn't adapt to the supplements.
