I'm only 19 yrs old and I am just getting back into lifting for the first time in 1 and a half years. The last time I was lifting heavy the big thing was Creatine. I was just wondering about any types of new supplements that are both worth your money and not damaging to my Body... Thanks Joe

Welcome to ft! Have you already signed up for an ft program?
Anyway, you may just want to restart without supplements. You are still young and should not need much supplementing. However, if you want to supplement, the basics have always been a good multivitamin, creatine, protein powders and glutamine.
New supplements come out everyday, but most can just be classified as "snake oils." Stick with the basics and you'll be fine...
Good luck!

Cell Tech is the best creatine. regardless of the price,i gained 10lbs of muscle in 1 or 2 weeks without even having a proper diet at the time. It burns fat too my abs were showing more even though i wasnt even doing ab work.

Slimdaddy.. it is IMPOSSIBLE to gain 10 pounds of MUSCLE in 1 - 2 weeks. Creatine is famous for water retention. You most likely gained 9.9 pounds of water.

I could be wrong it could have been 3 or 4 weeks,I know it was within that month and during that month i only went up 10lbs,and at that weight my bench went up from doing 135 for 2 reps to doing 135 for 10. Must be some strong water.
