I have been lifting for about 8 or 9 months now. In the first 3 months I put on 20 pounds of muscle but now I am at a stand still. Can't gain more muscle and my weight has stayed the same. I probably can guess it is my diet as I do eat school lunches and it is hard to meet my carbohydrates for the day. Should I maybe switch from regular protein to a Weight gainer with carbs and protein mixed together??? Could this benifit me???

Well I now what i need but I dont know what I do get for a day. My protein is right up where it needs to be but for carbs I dont think I am close but it is hard to say. I eat school lunches and have no idea what the facts are for that stuff and there is no way I am asking LUNCH LADY LIN or LUNCH LADY DOT!!!
