Hi, I was doing some research and found some info on this supplement. Has anyone here tried it? And will my large consumption of milk(including my 4am shakes) impede my results because of the calcium? Thx

I have been using EAS brand of ZMA hp for a few months now. I find that it really helps put me to sleep at night. I take some mild fat stimulants that tend to make me "edgy" so I take the ZMA about 45 minutes before I go to bed and it's lights out. I do notice that I seem to be able to bench slightly more since I have been taking it over what I would have been able to do (based on past gains)

Just make sure you allow time between drinking milk to the time to you take ZMA before going to bed.

When I take ZMA, I take my before-bed protein shake with water. I never want to take any chances.
If you haven't tried ZMA yet, get some. Its one of the supplements that you can 'feel' working. I love the stuff. You can get the EAS stuff online at netrition.com very cheap.

I'm taking it now, have been for 2 weeks. I don't know that it really helps me sleep better, but I have noticed a very slight increase in strength just this week. It is really hard for me to take it on an empty stomach like it says because I get home at about 7:15 PM, eat dinner between there and 9 and try very hard to be in bed by 9:30. I don't know how much that affects it, but I never drink milk at night, or hardly ever for that matter. I mix my shakes with Crystal Light now, and I don't drink protein at night.
