i have question.do it happen when u caNT grow ur muscles after big break? i was working out for 3 months then i had to stop and then begin work out again.the break was 2 months.i noticed that when i begun do building i had strong chest (i got this result in first 3 months,i been coming to gym 3 times in a week.then i slowed down,and kept coming 1 time a week).after that i got big break . and now i keep coming 3rd month and my chest not so strong like first 3 moths. somebody help me ,please what to do.
