I was looking at the Universal website and saw Animal Cuts advertised and everyone here seems to say it is the best. Is it a pill or shake. It looks like a shake of some sort? If it is a shake, what do you mix it with and how many times a day do you take it. Also, what does it taste like, do you have to choke it down?

No it is pills. Lots of them.

9 of them to be exact. Fortunately, they're not as big as the ones that come in either the Pak or Stak.
