I need some help with schedule

I need some help making a schedule of when to take these supplements throughout the week. I have the Animal Stak, EAS PhosphagenHP Creatine, & L-Glutamine. If anyone could please help me make a schedule for the week, it would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, for someone using supps you're missing the most important one. Protein. Use animal stak as directed (45 mins before your workout, days off it doesn't matter when) Creatine is best used immediately after your workout, and glutamine is best used in your after workout whey protein shake.

Do you use a multi-vitamin? Good idea to add one if not. Drink loads of water too.

I always forget about the darn vitamin...
Which kind of protein? Is it a mass gainer or straight protein? Whey, soy, or other?

The protein I'm taking right now is whey protein. After taking my creatine right after a workout, how much longer after that should I take my protein and glutamine?

About 10-15 minutes. I don't believe the order in which you take them (creatine then protein or reverse) matters.

Okay so it should go somethin like this:

45 Min before workout: Animal Stak
Post Workout: Creatine
15-20 min later: Protein/Glutamine

So it's okay for all of these supplements to be so close together? Just want to be safe before I start.

I hope it's safe, because I've been doing it for a while now, along with others. If you're really concerned you should research each product yourself and see what they don't mix with. The only thing that I know of that has things you shouldn't mix with is the Stak. But nothing on your list has stuff mentioned on the Stak label.
