Well, they surely give you a boost to be able to finish your work out (or jump for hours....).

Now to loose weight, yes they can work IF you exercise and follow a diet next to.

The problem is that people keep taking those pills and doing nothing (if they don't eat more 'cause of the fact that they KNOW that they are burning more calories...) and of course no fat loss will happen.

Quite logical...... Anyway, you don't need it jnellie!!
