that lists all (or at least most) of the diffent kinds (not brands) of supplements that you can use to help gain lean muscle mass while losing fat? Such as: Creatine, Glutamine, CLA, the different amino acids, Whey Protein, etc...
I'm looking for explaination of what each does for a person specifically... especially muscle recovery.
I'm just trying to detemine which types of supplements would benefit me the most (and at which times)...
