Im 15 years old and i have been working out and im not exactly big in muscle size or strong. I need to get big for football though and i was wondering would it be ok if i took creatine or a suppliment for age? Cuz i could be starting varsity as a sophmore if i got bigger...And what would work the best for me?
Frankly, I'd advise for you not to take on creatine at your age. You don't really need it at this point. Spend your money on food and eat like a moose if you want to get big!
