My fiancé has been using these pills for at least 2 months now and there are zero results. How do these people get away with such false advertising?

If it contains ephedrine and caffeine it is essentially the same as every other fat burner out there. Some people have had great results with them and some people havent. They key is there are no miracle pills to replace a sound diet and cardio/with weightlifting 3-5 times per week. Get your girl friend to begin by eating lots of protein and maybe about 10x her bodyweight in calories. The fat will be melting away and won't leave some of the side effects of fat burners.

10x her weight in calories. What are you talking about? Calories make you fat.

It is not the calories that make you fat...just not burning them off. It is a fine balanceing act I agree, but the more lean muscle you have the easier to burn fat....therefore to gain mscle you need to eat...a lot..

Futureflex what the hell are you talking about>? Calories do not make you fat, in fact every form of food has calories in it, so are you saying if yo eat anything your gonna get fat? Thtas not how it works. Calories are consumed throughout the day and burned off throughout the day. If you do not burn the calories you consume they are stored as fat. Some factors which affect how calories are burnt are metabolism, lean muscle mass, physical acitity(cardio), and digestions of food. Therefore 10 x her weight in calories(calculate it out, its not that much food) spread over about 6 meals per day so that her body is constantly burning calories from digestion. Couple this with cardio to further boost her metabolism and she will be burning calories and fat like crazy.

I never believe in it. I'm not the one who was taking it, you know.

Everybody's body is different. I have tried a lot of fat burners and the only one I noticed real results on was hydroxycut. I know someone who takes stacker 2 and it works great for her and I know someone who took xenadrine and it worked great for him as well. I never tried stacker 2 but the xenadrine gave me no results. She is just gonna have to experiment with it. Hope she finds one that works. Does she work out with it at all?

It's all a question about making it all work together.... the work out, the diet AND the pills.
Very often people tend to eat more when they are taking those fat burners...... Of course that's definitely not what you are supposed to do but that's how it is.....
