I have searched this forum but didnt find an answer to my question so i apologise if it has already been discussed.

My question is how much water should you be drinking if your taking 10g of Creaatine a day?

lets just say that it's damn near impossible to drink too much water. out here in the desert in the middle of summer, i can easily push 2-3 gallons a day.

you never want to be thirsty. if you ever are, you are already over 50% dehydrated. and try to stay away from anything that may act as a diurectic, such as caffiene.

Yes on ave I try for a gallon on non training days..those I do train it is easily 2 or more gals.

We just had a class on this from a supplement representative. She said she recommends 1 gallon per day and if you are taking creatine add 1/2 gallon and protein add 1/2 gallon. So if you are taking both protein and creatine supplements you should drink around 2 gallons per day. However I am in Okinawa and it is very hot and humind here. You can judge by your urine. It should be clear to very light yellow. That is a good rule of thumb.
