Diet and excercise first. Then, if you need a little help to get over a plateau after a few months, go ahead and try the fat burners (I take this same stance on andro). Just be careful if you have high blood pressure and/or heart problems.
Judging from your pics, you seem to be doing the right thing so far!! Keep it up!

Hey, I just saw your comment directed toward me about the pics.... Haven't had time due to the baby, then my computer had some issues of its own (got that fixed, obviously). Soon, very soon. Until then, I'll will remain shrouded in mystery..........

I like to take fat burners but not for too long of periods. I usually take them for 6-8 weeks then stop so that my body doesn't rely on them. I stay off for about 3 months or so or until I want that extra boost.
