Can any of you please advise if CLA works? If so, What is the best way of using it. If not, then what must I use to assist with firming and toning my body?
CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is an Omega-6 fatty acid found in beef and dairy products. If you're looking to supplement with this for fat loss, save your money. There have been no conclusive evidence to support CLA as an effective fat loss supplement.
CLA has other benefits. However, unless you don't consume any beef or dairy products, I don't think you really need to supplement with this at all.
