Decided to give fatburners a go (ECA type), to see if I can shift some more of this nasty squidgy fat (in conjunction with good diet and lots of exercise). So I've got some Stacker3. I've got low blood pressure (I get regularly checked by a nurse) and a low resting heart rate so I figured I'd be OK.
What's the best time to take them? Before or after meals? Before or afetr cardio? Before or after weights?
Any advice gratefully received. Thanks

You may want to take only 1/2 the recommended dosage (see package label) to acclimate your body to the stack. After about a week or two, take the recommended dosage. I believe that they should be taken before meals, 2-3 times per day as suggested on the label. If you take them before weight training, they'll give you an added boost.
Good luck Kitten...

What about before cardio? I don't want to have a heart attack?!
I was thinking of starting with 1 per day, with breakfast (the pack recommends taking them after meals).
Has anyone else tried Stacker? Good/bad/indifferent?

A fried of mine tried the original Stacker and said it worked for her. However, she's tried Stacker2 and did not work as well. Not sure what's different about Stacker3...
One thing I can tell you is that you'll need to cycle this product after a few weeks because your body gets used to it.
If you are concerned about getting a heart attack, do your cardio first, then take the product after your meal in the morning. Remember, your heart rate will remain a little higher than normal after cardio, so you may want to wait about an hour before eating and taking the product.

Stacker3 is epehdra, Kola nut (Caffeine) and white willow bark, with Chitosan (whatever that does- I think it's one of these "fat absorber" things, but as far as I know has not been scientifically shown to do anything, unlike the other components!)
Ooh- my new picture has come up- that's me after finishing a half-marathon!

I have found that about 1/2 to 3/4 hour before exercise, whether it be cardio or weights, is optimal. I can give you the one I found by far and away to be the best if you want to send me an email. I do not want to hawk anyone's products on this board.
