Can anybody tell me how many times should i take Whey products in a day.....i am talking just once a day ..after my workout...

You can take it to as many times through the day to meet your daily protein requirments. I take it 2 times a day to meet my 150 grams of protein in a day.

Take it primarily after training, mixed with carbs. Any other time of day, take casein or egg. Slower-acting.
