Loading of creatine??

lewdog_55 Posts: 383 Joined: 2002/01/23	2002/09/06, 09:24 PM I was wondering if anyone who has taken creatine can help me with this, like jnellie. I was wondering about trying it but wonder if the loading phase it totally a have to do. I was thinking about taking 5 grams before and 5 grams after workouts or should i just take it after???? Could this help me gain muscle or do I totally need to do the loading phase. Thanks

rev8ball Posts: 3,081 Joined: 2001/12/27	2002/09/07, 06:11 AM when i took it, i didnt load. i only took it on the days that i lifted: 10g before and 10g after, along with 5g of Glutamine each time. It's from Germany, and is the cleanest and most analzed on the market. rev8ball Posts: 3,081 Joined: 2001/12/27	2002/09/08, 06:00 PM no problem. i love this type of stuff! i wasnt sure if kaizen was still selling creapure, but its good to see they are. that is a helluva price for creapure creatine, almost too good. just check into the retailer a little bit, particularly return policy, etc., before purchasing anything. and this goes for any retailer. i just tend to question any one that sells that close to wholesale. hope that helps......... -------------- Michael "Trample the weak; hurdle the dead!"
