I am looking for a supplement that will work well with my workout routine to help curve the craving for sweets. I take a product called Advocare and was wondering if there was anything else out there.

Another question: What supplements should I be taking? As stated in my profile I have lost 30lbs and am now looking to tone and get fit. Let me know your thoughts.

Please search around as far as what supplements have been recommended. There have been many posts on this subject.

Not sure about Advocare. Is this prescription medication?

Thanks. Advocare is the maker out of Dallas,TX. They have many different products. I just didn't know if other supplements were more effective for most than others.

Never heard of Advocare myself. As far as supplements, some of the ECA stacks are helpful in curbing the appetite along with Chromium Picolinate.Examples are Hydroxycuts, Xenadrine, and any of the other "fat burners". These may also enhance your workout with a boost of "pep". For a super pre-workout boost, try Dimetradine Extreme. You will need some protein first and foremost as far as supplements go. Not much muscle will be built without it.

Thanks for the info I appreciate the help. I will do some research on these. Go to Advocare.com it will give you some info on the products. If you had to choose one product which would be the one you would choose to start with of those you suggested, bb1fit?

Thanks.

jnellie is entirely correct. Chromium is wonderful, usually at a dose of 200 mcg.. Now, working in synergy with other products yeilds even greater success. Protein is of course muscle sparing, which in itself is fat burning. Muscle is what stokes your metabolic furnace. So it stands to reason, protein should be your #1 muscle building supplement.

When you say a dose of 200mcg is that just daily or each time I take it. What do I take to get the protein if I don't eat a lot of foods with it?
