Hoping there is someone out there taking Isopure Protien powder(low carb). If you have used this brand; have you seen any results? Any side affects? I have been told this is some of the best protien powder on the market.

Thanks

Isopure is good stuff, although I personally have never tried it. Because most whey powders are protein concentrates, there will be some impurities. Since Isopure is ion exchange whey protein isolate (meaning the protein is isolated away from the impurities), it is one of the most pure forms of whey you can buy.

I have been using Isopure Protein, both the no carb as a protein, and the other Isopure (comes in packets)25g carbs as a meal replacement. I have only tried the chocolate variety. It mixes extremely well, is very thin in consistency, and has 50 grams of protein per serving so it can really help you if you require high protein intake. However, I am getting tired of the taste, but I imagine that happens when you take one for too long. I am currently in search of something new. As far as side effects, I really haven't noticed any, except in my case if I drink it too often, I get bloated. Oh yes, and I am constantly having to go to the restroom for about an hour afterwards until it filters out of my system. Good Luck.

I've used ISOPure quite a bit (currently taking PVL Whey Gold). I think these two are probably couple of the best whey powders out there.

ISO mixes very much like a shake (thick consistency) in milk. PVL is better with plain water. Both chocolate flavours.
