Yes, more creatine stuff, sorry. Looked through the posts and didn't get the info I was looking for. Is anyone familiar with San V12 CVT product? Is the company good with its claims on its labels? I know since there is no regulation that what appears on the label may not be inside.
Any info would be helpful. Thanks Jason

I wish I had an answer for you. I thought I was pretty up on supplements, but of this one I have never heard. Maybe if because is it advertised in that sales catalog,erhh, I mean muscle magazine Weider puts out...muscle and fitness?

It is fairly new. I looked up the ingredients and sounds pretty good. I found it when searching for supplements on the net. I went ahead and purchased it. I'm going to switch my routine to a building routine on the 30 of September, (still trying to figure out what routine is best). I'll take the v12 and let you know how it works. The science sounds good but you never know how much is hype to sell the product.

You sound like you are learning about the supplement industry. Beware the hype. It will cost you dearly. Best of luck.
