Fat burners are pretty good cycled for some fat shedding, but will do nothing for muscle building. A good protein supplement may be your best friend. It not only helps build muscle, but it can help you burn fat just by the building of muscle. You see, muscle is your biggest fat burner, it is basically what runs your metabolism. So the more muscle mass you have, it stands to reason the more fat you will burn at rest than the average person does at any time. Just by increasing your muscle to fat ratio, you are way ahead of the game. Just keep your diet in check, i.e...fatty foods, sugars, etc.
