As far as I know, they do not. For any excess creatine, your body processes as creatinine.

I heard somewhere that taking like 7 grams of creatine is like eating 10 steaks. I dont know why they would cancel each other since beef has a little creatine in it.

I think one of the 3 stooges said that if I remember right! Eat your beef.

By eating beef you're actually consuming protein and creatine, not losing it. This doesn't mean that you can eat 10 Big Macs and expect muscle gains (you can probably expect a heart attack). Lean beef is a great source of protein and even some creatine. Like bb1fit said, "Eat your beef!"

Cancel each other out? I think you mean, do I have to take creatine powder if I eat plenty of beef? Depends on how much beef brother. 1kg (2.2 lb) of steak contains about 4g creatine. A lot of bodybuilders do eat more than this daily. Can you? If not, focus on deep sea fish like herring and mackeral as they have twice the creatine concentrations as compared to beef.
