I am 17 years old and have been working out for 6 weeks and i believe i don't eat enough meat because my family never seems to have enough. So i am wondering if i should buy a MRP high in protein and if so which kind?I'm on a budget and might spend 30-40 dollars canadian for about 20-24 serving packaged or not.Any advice is welcome.

Lean Mass Matrix, Myoplex, Myoplex Deluxe, Lean body, etc are all pretty good. I buy my supplements through www.netrition.com and they are much cheaper than shopping at a nutritional store. Click on the "Sale Items" link at the top of the Netrition homepage and you should find some good buys. Good luck.

I personally like Nytropro 40 by AST Sports Science. Not totally based on whey protein, very solid nutrition.

Bump rev8ball. No fructose in Uni-Syn either, plus a good blend of different proteins, not just straight whey.
