I wanted to ask u if you would recomment Animal M-Stak. I want to take something that is going to produce noticeable results. I don't really want to take prohormones, but if i did, I was wondering if Animal Stak would be better. Also, what else would you suggest I take while on the M-stak to maximize the effects. So far, I'll be taking Cell-tech, and Myoplex with it.

You can actually stack both the Stak and M Stak. To maximize the effects, you should also take a multivitamin. Cell-Tech should aid in recovery. Have you taken creatine before?

I have taken creatine before, but it was the normal creatine monohydrate, so i decided to try cell-tech this time. I'm already taking a multivitamin and my main goal is to gain mass. I have a high metabolism and I would consider myself a "hardgainer" so putting on mass is my main goal. I wouldn't mind taking the normal Stak as long as it's safe. I'm taking your advice about eating and training because I know how important diet is when you're looking to pack on size.

I just wanted to specify that I'm looking to gain mass while increasing strength at the same time. Just trying to clear it up.

As a hardgainer, you should benefit from taking the M Stak. If you stack with the Stak, then you increase your chances in really packing on some muscle. Don't be afraid to eat a lot...3,500+ calories per day! That's going to be the key in gaining weight.

So, you don't think that the regular Stak would have any negative side effects on me?

My 2cc's, be sure to take at least 1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight when taking the M-Stak for max results... Also, at least a gallon of water daily... If you haven't already, check out their website, it's pretty cool: http://www.animalpak.com/Enter/main.html

What robert and nobull have said is correct, but let me tie it all up.

This may sound a little extreme, but if packing on size and strength is what you want, here is the basic recipe for it:

1. Eat alot of food. I mean, lots! Not only at least 1.5g-2g of protein/pound of body weight, but even more quality carbs than that, on the order of 3g/lb of body weight. Forget about all of the low-carb crap; without sufficient fuel (carbs) you will not be able to train adequately for size and strength. And don't for get your fats as well.
2. Base your training on heavy compound movenments: squat, deadlift, bench, military press, clean & jerk, etc. Keep your reps low (like 6) and your weights heavy; but this does not give you a license to have sloppy form! Keep it strict and tight. Also, cut way back on cardio.
3. Get tons of sleep... if you're training right, you will need it!
4. Take a good multi-vitamin. I like Animal Pak.
5. If you're going to take extra protein via a shake, it should come as blended proteins (milk and egg) throughout the day. A whey protein and carb meal with a 2:1 carb to protein ratio should be consume immediately after your workout.
6. If you can afford it, get pure L-Glutamine (not Glutamic Acid or Glutamine Peptides).
7. If you're going to do creatine again, just stick with the old-fashioned powder. It's cheaper than any of those "specialized" products, and just as, if not more, effective. I liked Creapure brand Creatine.
8. Animal M Stak is a great non-hormone product. It was created for drug-tested athletes, and seems to be quite effective and safe.
9. Aniaml Stak is a VERY powerful product. I have never seen anyone with 'side-effects' from it, but definitely, the potential is there.

Hope this helps. Just remember to stick to the basics, and then expand from there.

some do, but i wouldnt suggest it. they do, however, use the M Stak; since it's non-hormonal, it wont mess with a woman's endocrine system. I just had a female customer come off of a cycle, and the results were quite impressive.

I'd just like to thank all of you for the advice. I had ordered 3 packs of M-Stak off of netrition, and maybe after I'm through with those I'll stack it with the Stak. Thanks again, I wish I would have found out about this site sooner.

I looked at the site and it says that m-stak contains an estrogen blocker. What might that do to a female?

Chrysin and Kudzu... these two ingredients are classified as anti-aromatase inhibitors. They are natural ingredients that do not block your body's own naturally occuring estrogen. What happens to every person, male or female, that becomes very athletic, particularly with weight lifting, is that their testosterone levels go up, with or without pharmecueticals. This is why so many female Olympic athletes, such as in track, stop having a period during times of intense competition and training. What your body will do naturally when it senses too much testosterone (and each person is different), is that it will start converting some of the extra testosterone to estrogen. This is why many male heavy anabolic steroid users can start gaining breast tissue and become impotent. What these anti-aromatase inhibitors do is help prevent this conversion.
Hope this helps....
