I decided to take creatine after heavy consideration. Any suggestions on which brand?

You will get many. brand is not as important as quality. Most plain Creatine Monohydrate will not fully dissolve in liquid. That is why you get that gritty sand at the bottom of the glass. Look at it this way, if it falls like sand to the bottom of your glass, what does it do in your stomach? You want micronized creatine. The particless are smaller, which means faster absorption, increased efficiency, and bottom line, better results. And, some may say you don't have to do the 5 day loading phase, but in reality, that is still always best for maximum results.

thanx for the advice. another question i heard once you stop talking creatine, your muscles start to get smaller because creatine volumizes your muscles with water or something like that, is this true?

It is desirable to cycle Creatine about every 12-15 weeks. What you say is true, you will lose some strength and size gained, but will also retain more had you not used it. See, you will be lifting heavier weights for one, which almost always translates to increased muscle size. When you reaload, after about a 3 week break, your gains will re-establish, and surpass where you were, thus resulting in increased net gains not realized without it.
