hello to everyone... As i was surfing down the internet and was looking for a glutamine that would give me value for my money, I came across a product . It was suggested there that the glutamine should not be taken alongside creatine. Reason being is that the two substances compete for the same receptor sites for absorption. It was also recommended that the glutamine taken pre-workout and creatine taken post-workout. I would like to know the truth about the activity of the two substances.
I placed the same question at intermediate and advanced weight training. Should you have any thoughts, please place it there. Sorry for the double posting :)
