This product worked for me. I had no side effects what so ever. I went from 265lbs (March '2002) to 178-180 present weight. I have been weight training for about 1 1/2 months now. The results are remarkable. To see my pics, go here:

People always asked me how I lost all the weight. I basically changed my eating habits (no candy, fried foods, only diet soda, and consumed alot of water) and implemented cardio session (45mins to 1hr) 4 to 5 times a week. A good diet and cardio will always bring good results. I used EFX to help burn additional fat and give me an energy boost.. this product is simply amazing. Once I reached my goal of 180lbs.. I started to implement strength training into my routine. Now I get compliments like ... nice muscles, abs, etc. Set your goals and stick to them. If you fall of the wagon, get right back on and try again until you reach your goal. Remember.. once you do reach your goal.. you have to maintain. This is a LIFESTYLE change for me, something I would like to maintain for years to come.

NOBULL...
No I do not work for Cytodyne. I'm just speaking the facts there. Xenadrine EFX worked well for me with a good diet and proper excecise. To answer your question, "Are you leaner?" The answer is YES.. much leaner. I'm down to 10-11% bodyfat from 26%. Good luck!
