does anyone have an idea as to which one is better, Creatine serum or Creatine powder. Im contemplating on using creatine as my supplement. I just dont know which is most advisable to use serum or powder

I have always heard that creatine powder works better and that the serum doesnt even really work. Stick to creatine monohydrate powder with the creapure label. these are made by companies like OPTIMUM and UNIVERSAL.

If I were you, I'd take a look at my diet first to see what supplement I needed. If you aren't getting about 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight (or more), then invest in some protein or a good meal replacement powder (MRP).

Look back a few weeks in this section and you will see some posts that should tell you all you need to know about creatine serum. Suffice it to say, there are lawsuits pending in relation to creatine serum and the company who makes it. Opt for the powder.
