Any comments on TWINLABs Creatine?

Anyone using it? Also, are there any ADVERSE reactions or things I should be aware of before using? I'm on high blood preasure meds. Want desperately to gain muscle but not at the expense of something else.

best thing to do with that is to check with your dr. as far as brand goes, i've never heard anything bad about twinlab's basic creatine, though i prefer creapure brand creatine.

Never have used it, but if it is pure creatine monohydrate, they should probably all contain that. To my knowledge, all the literature I have ever read is positive toward any health aspects. But, just for precautionary sake, your overall health is nothing to guess about. I would check with a qualified person like your doctor. I persnally by the way prefer AST Sports Science pure creatine. Good luck.
