i recently just bought cell techs advanced creatine formula and Brummers Muscle super 90 protein. I work out at around 7 to 8 at night, and i was wondering if it was ok to take the protein stuff before i go to sleep... and also when to take it and same for the creatine... if someone could advise me i would be greatfull...

also i do not want to get a bloated stomach or increase fat... that is why i was wondering about this..

I generally take my protein right after my work out as it gets transported to the mucles that need it.
Sorry can't help you with the creatine.

Most people opt for taking their creatine right after training. You can do either,in fact some say to take before training. I personally like to do a protein/creatine/glutamine mix immediately post training. Recent research has shown that either way can place you in positive nitrogen state,which is what we are striving for!
