Hi,
At 6'2.5 and 158lbs, I'm looking to increase muscle mass, or any mass at all.

I was wondering if using SlimFasts w/ Soy Protein as a refreshmentor after meals/workouts will provide any benefit at all.

Any input is appreciated!

6'2" and 158lbs! Holy beanpole Batman! Just kidding rfman78. You need to put on some weight so you'll need to take in more than your expending; simple formula. There's some great information in here and I would recommend filling out the information for setting up your own diet program. It will make recommendations for you, specific to your goals. Same with putting on muscles, etc..
