Hello everyone I have Crohn's and I really want to burn the fat I have so I can show all my muscle fibers :D, but the thing is besides cardio and all the diets ect which I do I wanted to take hydroxycut or xinadrine ect. u get my drift but the thing is is that it has ephdra and caffine which I most certainly can't have because of crohn's and only thing I have found is ephdra free but still has caffine :(. I'm just wondering if theres something on the market that doesn't have either of the 2 drugs I named to help burn fat and raise metabo. alot faster than normal dieting and cardio/fatburn ect. Btw if anyone knows of any professional bodybuilders with crohn's let me know as well thanks.

Have you tried an internet search? I am sure there is probably something out there. Will probably find some great information. Good luck.

Resistance training will be your best freind. There is really no easy way out, but if you must, I did a search and came up with this site...http://www.n101.com/Static/Catalogs/fat_burners_1062.html Click on stimulant free link, it gives you a few. Remember, there are no magic pills out there. Good luck.

I would forget the fat burners (or bunson burners) as I call them, and put in some good hard work, and eat right. You WILL see a difference. I know you have good and bad day's but take advantage of the good days.
-------------- To change it, or to create it, simply train it!

thx for the responses, that site u gave me bb1fit they all have caffine in some kind of form or another even tho some are ephdra free, I'm still in search to find something to cut my metabolism down so its easier to lose weight I'm not obese just got some meat on me and I'm really huge muscle wise I just want that sheer look. I do train hard to lose the excess weight but still looks like its not working with 45 min of cardio everyday along with 2 hours of intense body building and not including that I dropped my carbs to a very low count along with very low count of fat. I did hear something about bitter orange to help raise it but not sure if its any good or not thx.

Hey Beany, I have Crohn's also , have had it since Late '91. I had 3 surgeries and a colostomy bag for almost a year to get it under control.
I have used Hydroxycut , and drank my share of caffine drinks. Personally <-- I have had no problems with them. I do sort of watch my diet ( now since lifting moreso then ever ) and try to stay away from certain foods.
On a personal note...I determined in my mind that Crohn's was not going to get me down ...I sucked it up and went on and told it to goto hell :P I havent had any issues with it since pretty much, other than I cannot eat alot of beans , ruffage ect...
I'll just keep giving it hell!!
Have a good day!
