Funny, my wife says I am hooked on protein. I don't really think this is possible. I know as long as I train, it will seem as if I am, because I know the need for it at regular intervals. You must have a pretty tasty protein!! LOL....

true. I am just concerned because I am only 17 yet I had to see the doctor about my blood pressure cause it was constanly like 150-60/70-80. very bad ration. My mom says creatine probably wouldnt be a good idea for me and I really dont want to take the chance with it. But maybe it wont affect me at all. So I really dont know what I should do.

I have certainly found I have been getting “food cravings” I distinguish these from feeling hungry as I can have just eaten and still be get them. Though I did not think they were for anything specific. I though that was me thinking, “well if I am going to eat I should get some protein in there”. But looking back just eating carbs did not stop me getting them.
