With the creatine is it fine just to take (after loading phase) the 3 times i work out a week or every day ? Also Is it best to take 2.5 grams before workout and 2.5 grams after work out??? Thanks

No, take it every day. And also no, take it in one dose. the idea is to flush the muscle with creatine when needed, so the max dosage is in order.

I always take it immediately after my workouts. I think the muscles need it most after a workout so it can assist in muscle recovery/recuperation.

Yes, JB is right. The whole purpose of creatine is to increase ATP stores. After hard training, you need to replenish. Good time to take a creatine, glutamine, protein shake.

Ditto Carivan. Before and after. Some may argue just after, and this will work too. But in my opinion, both is best.
so 5 grams b4 and 5 grams after?????
