if you're only going to take the weight gainer once a day, take it as your post workout meal. of the ones you mentioned, i prefer n-large. it has a better carb to protein ratio.
as far as the rest of the day goes: dont get caught up in only taking whey all day. mix up your proteins, i.e., milk and egg. whey is absorbed very quickly, which is why it is so good after your workout. but other proteins are best for throughout the day use since they are aborbed much slower.

In choosing a mass gainer, what are we looking for?High protein or high carbo? After walking into some supplement store, I've found some new products. For mass gainer, most of them have 40-55g of protein but different amount of carbo.Beside price, what is the thing should I consider?

For post-workout, you should have a 2 to 1 carb to protein ratio.

I read about Nitro-Tech, Methoxy-Pro and these product show a good comment. But they are not consider as weight gainer. These products (from comment) gain lot of muscle.
Comment!! Is it a good idea to replace 'weight gainer' with products above?

Before I start, let me say one thing: don't forget that these supplements are suppose to do just that - supplement your basic, whole food intake. In other words, don't forget to eat like a moose first and foremost!
That being said, unfortunately, most companies don't make true weight gainers anymore. And of the few that are still around, most are just simple sugar loaded crap. If you find one, just make sure that the carb to protein ratio is ridiculous, like some of the ones I've seen (200g of carbs to 25g of protein!!!). Like lumina said, 2:1 is a good place to start.
Basically, the products that you mentioned are just protein powders. If all else fails when trying to find an all-day weight gainer, get a good blended protein, and add what you want to make your own custom made weight gainer. I've done that many times, and it works just well, if not better.
