Creatine doesn't perform well when consuming caffeine.

Its OK to consume SOME caffeine while you're taking creatine, but keep it limited. Don't drink a gallon of coffee or soda after you take your creatine (duh). Since I get up at 4am, I take an energy pill containing caffeine before I work out and creatine after. If you drink enough water to compensate for the diuretic effects of caffeine then you should be OK.

I currently cycle 2 months on, one month off. Is this ok?

You could cycle creatine every 4-8 weeks and keep your off cycles between 2-4 weeks.
Hope that helps...

Interestingly enough, the landmark (original) creatine studies performed by Dr. Greenhaff used creatine administered with tea, a source of caffeine.

I use creatine along with many supps. inluding lots of caffeine such as Universal Rage and several types of Andro. Everything seems to work no problem.

How the hell can you tell what's working when you shoving that many different things in your body?
