I've been through one week loading and continue for 3 weeks for maintainence. My coach said I have to stop a week and after that reloading again and repeat the cycle. I know some people said we don't need to cycle the creatine. What do you guys think?

Cycling is a matter of preference I believe. I find that in the long run it may help. I don't think your timing as given is quite correct though. I think you can make gains for more than 3 weeks. 3 weeks is normally the amount of time to be off, letting your system dissapate all creatine stores, so when you reaload, you are "clean" of creatine. I feel it is more effective this way. You will experience an initial strength dropoff, but it will return upon reloading. Some people stay on it for quite a long time. I have myself stayed on it for 6-8 months before. There is no long term side effects of any kind.
