Whey Protein VS Creatine

I dont lift weights but i do run 6 miles every morning, so my question is would it benefit me to take whey protein just for running?

Hello Guys,
I am a bit fat that is why I run a lot and do push up, but i don't lift heavy stuffs, please tell me can i use creatine? or you don't recommend it?
