I have been on Ft for a month now its great,wanted to share something about creatine which worked great for me i started it 3 weeks ago never noticed the energy provided before as i was only taking it after my workout, i was feeling sluggish 2 previous works out so i decided to take it 1 hour before and 1 hour after, OMG it was like i was a new person lol i never did get tired i was so antsy on hittin the next weight i went up on every thing i did ...TRY IT G L!!!!!

That's similar to what I do. I usually take my 20g of creatine, half before workout (1 hour like you said) and finish the rest immediately after my workout along with pickle juice, a rapid recovery drink, and 2 liters of water.

Salt after a workout helps to retain liquids, instead of losing alot and feeling dehydrated. After that, I down lots of water.

So, how much pickle juice are we talking about here? Are we talking about the stuff Dill pickles are packed in (mostly water, vinegar and salt)? And if so, how do you get the stuff (outside of eating jars and jars of pickles)?

I need an answer on cycling. it says to take a heaping teaspoon 4 times daily for five days (loading dose). one teaspoon twice daily (maintenence dose) after. Really...how important is the loading dose? Sometimes I forget and only get twice daily. I also take protein whey powder ate the same time and am starting to take flax liquid pills twice daily.

I take the same amount everyday, whether I train or not. I`ve noticed the thickness but have bin thinkin of jump starting by way of steroids. If I take them to jump start, than get off and focus on lots of protein in my diet and whey powder with creatine. Whats your opinion? I know the side-effects and am willing to take the chance.

Dont do steroids period.....I think alot of people who try steroids think ill just do it for a month but they get sucked into it .Then comes bad health or even death , stick to the creatine please!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your diet isn't even right yet, you certainly shouldn't be taking steroids

Water retention from sodium is a very superficial and doesn't really do a whole lot of good for you.
Dosing for creatine should go as follows: 20g per day for 5 days to load and 5g thereafter. Loading, however, is not necessary and is more lossy (you don't absorb all of it) than just taking 5g per day, but does saturate your muscles more quickly. The choice is yours. I load. More will not do more for you. Take more than 5g a day after you're loading phase and all you're doing is adding creatine to your urine. Do not take 20g a day everyday unless you want a smaller bank account.
As for 'roids, pepper, I recommend heavily, heavily educating yourself on how they work, why they work and what they do before even considering it. They are not a 'jump start.' That's like saying you're going to jump start your social life with crack.
